Return & Refund Policy – Cafélito
At Cafélito, we care about every cup you brew. We want you to be happy with your coffee experience, and we stand behind the quality of every bag we ship. Because coffee is a perishable product, our return and refund policy is a little different from other items you might buy online.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unopened and sealed in its original packaging

In the same condition as received

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
⚠️ Once a coffee bag has been opened, we cannot accept a return for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at info@cafelitocoffee.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll confirm if your order is eligible and provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Return shipping is fully covered by us.

Change of mind or customer preference: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
(Please note: your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.)
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please email us immediately at info@cafelitocoffee.com with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
We can only cancel orders if they have not yet been shipped. Once your coffee is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. To qualify, items must be unopened, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs for EU withdrawal requests are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
