At Cafélito, we treat shipping with the same care as roasting our coffee — fast, reliable, and crafted for your convenience. This policy outlines how we handle and deliver your orders in the United States.

Shipping Locations

This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
We currently do not ship internationally.

Delivery Times

Order cutoff time: 17:00 EST (Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Transit time (standard shipping): 3–5 business days depending on destination.

Estimated delivery window: 4–7 business days total from the time your order is placed.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather).

Carrier Services

We partner with reliable U.S. carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery, including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

All packages include tracking, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: All orders within the U.S. qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Expedited Shipping: If available, expedited options will be displayed at checkout with applicable costs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Delivery Issues

We want your order to arrive fresh and on time. If your package is:

  • Delayed

  • Lost in transit

  • Arrives damaged

please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to accept delivery, we may charge a re-shipping fee or provide a refund minus the original shipping costs.
